I’m Gloria Song — a restorative leadership coach and writer for high-achievers who are exhausted from running on empty. Together, we find your way back to what’s genuinely yours.

A free self-assessment to see where you stand in your restorative resources.
Reflective writing on leadership, identity and a meaningful life.
One-to-one coaching to lead from solid ground.
I walk alongside high-achieving leaders who are exhausted from holding it all together — ready to stop surviving and start designing a life and leadership built on their own identity, values, and purpose.
“If I let go of my performance, I have no ground to back myself up.”
“I'm exhausted, but I can't stop running on empty — everything will fall apart if I do.”
“I've achieved everything I was supposed to, but I feel emptier than ever.”
“I don't know who I am outside of my work.”
The Circle of Restorative Leadership℠ isn’t a checklist to work through in order. It’s a circle — each capacity feeds the others, and none of them holds on its own.
Reconnecting with the self beneath the role — your values, your energy, and the clarity to make decisions that are truly yours.
Strengthening the relationships that matter and the boundaries that protect them — while releasing what depletes you.
Designing the systems around you — your space, your rhythms, your sacred practices — so you create the conditions for sustainable leadership and restoration.
A guided journey from reactive and depleted to intentional and energized. By the end of our work together, you will gain:

I didn’t start out trying to become a coach who talks about restoration. I built my career the way most driven people do — saying yes, delivering, achieving — until achieving quietly stopped being enough. In recent years, I also became a caregiver to loved ones living with mental illness — an experience that gave me a new, visceral understanding of how essential it is to cultivate restorative capacity with intention, in order to live a fulfilling life.
That’s the work I do now — not managing burnout, but rebuilding capacity. I founded The Restority Lab and created the Circle of Restorative Leadership℠, and along the way I’ve had the privilege of coaching senior leaders at companies like Microsoft, Google, Meta, Salesforce, and Deloitte — and I still show up every day as Deloitte’s own Learning & Development Manager, designing the kind of leadership programs I wish someone had handed me earlier. My approach draws on coaching, design thinking, and systems thinking — and a faith that keeps calling me back to what’s real.

Book a Connection Call“Gloria was genuine, sincere, and powerful. She approached my challenges without judgment, she was uplifting, and I felt like she believed in me from the very beginning. The questions she asked helped me reflect at a deeper level and increased my confidence.”
“A lot of the time, I had the answers inside of me — it’s been helpful to have a sounding board, someone to ask me the right questions. She offered both insights and questions, somatic and cognitive tools, which allowed me to dig deeper in a comfortable way.”
“Through coaching, I gained more understanding of my core strengths, and what I need to bring to thrive in my next career step.”
“She didn’t change me toward looking impressive; she changed me toward respecting my own pace, my own thoughts, my own choices. She had me imagine the weight of a transition as the shape, size, and texture of a stone — and because of that, I didn’t give up, and reached my goal. I still recall her calm voice and the atmosphere she brought.”
“Through coaching, I faced my inner child and realized the root cause of the wound that had been shaping my confidence and personality — and translated into my career and leadership.”
“Gloria helped me distill some of the core values I need both in life and in a job. She was great at challenging some of my existing attitudes and offered new perspectives — she gave me a lot to think about, even in a single session.”
“This coaching gave me many opportunities for self-reflection — especially learning to understand my saboteurs and to stay present, moment to moment, on the way to becoming my whole self.”
“Gloria was masterful in helping me clarify the main obstacle in my way. She is a gifted listener, very intuitive in detecting what needs attention, and her questions were unwavering — heart-centered, but also results driven. Most importantly, the empowerment continues to build, and I feel less stuck.”
“Ahead of stepping into a team leader role, I came to coaching to prepare — and came away understanding myself even more, and able to improve a relationship I’d thought was nearly impossible to repair. I’m more courageous and confident to bring my opinions forward.”
“Through coaching, I feel more grounded, balanced, supported, capable. I’m capable of doing the things I want.”
“Gloria’s coaching helped me realize what’s most important to me, and what I shouldn’t be willing to compromise to be happy and fulfilled. The breathing work, and the power of visualizing the person my older self would be proud of, was powerful. I would recommend Gloria to anyone struggling to find their meaningful purpose.”
“Gloria gave me an exercise to practice while walking, and it helped me feel more confident among strangers. Her questions helped me talk about things I hadn’t spoken about before — and just listening to myself tell my story brought clarity.”
“After 10 sessions, I can feel how remarkably I’ve changed. In every session, I became aware of parts of myself I hadn’t expected, and together we worked out how to move toward a better state. Gloria was deeply supportive and encouraging — truly feeling that gave me a great deal of strength.”
“Coaching with Gloria helped me find language to articulate my struggle. I’ve given myself permission to ground and find space for myself at my workplace.”
“Coaching with Gloria helped me achieve a better understanding of what I want to do — and to be more open-minded and take more initiative and ownership in other areas of my life.”
“Coaching with Gloria became a chance to know myself more deeply. What had felt unclear — where and how to start — became clearer, and ideas kept coming for what I could try. I gained a lot of confidence and motivation.”
“Her mentoring approach was very effective and elegantly simple — allow the client to choose. She generously shared her experiences and I most admire her being as a coach in her personal and professional life. She has taught me that coaching is more than transactions — she displays the art of helping someone live a full life.”
“Gloria is a fantastic, empathetic coach who helped me make some difficult decisions and feel more comfortable exploring my strengths, gaps, and what I actually wanted. With her guidance, I started an initiative I’d been putting off for years — my own author page. Highly recommend!”
“Before my coaching, I felt lost and in search of a new direction. She helped me gain clarity through her powerful reflective questions, somatic awareness and metaphors. She has a precious gift to connect with people on a deeper level. Gloria’s coaching was a gift that I didn’t know I needed.”
“Through my coaching with Gloria, I was able to understand more deeply a long-standing issue and identify concrete actions to move forward. She is skillful in her use of somatics, metaphors, powerful questions and compassionate listening. I strongly recommend her.”
Reflective writing on leadership, identity, and how to live and lead authentically and with intention.

The real leadership question was never am I strong enough to stay — it was whether enough capacity had grown that I could trust it without me.
